It is made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures and low magnetic permeability. This fitting connects to a tube or fitting and can be used with copper, brass, aluminum, or steel tubing. This fitting is part of an assembly that resists mechanical pullout, for a more secure connection, and can be assembled and reassembled without affecting the seal. This nut compression tube fitting has an operating temperature range of -65 to +250 degrees F and is suitable for use with fuel and gas systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and vacuum applications.

It doesnt fit , the sleeve was correct the nut is to small. sleeve wont even fit inside the nut!! the nut should be 1" inside and it measures 7/8" no way to get a sleeve in the nut and thread it onto the fitting!!
