This kit contains all the tools you need to keep your bladder or tube drinking system clean. Without regular and careful maintenance, mold and who knows what else will start to grow inside the tube and bladder, leading to an unpleasant taste in your water. Not only is that taste yucky, but it can lead to you taking in less water than what you need for optimal performance. The things here should really come included with every bladder purchase, or at least with the more expensive drinking systems. But one kit is all you need, and you really can't go wrong at this price.

This kit is excellent for cleaning most standard 1-2 liter hydration bladders, the ones that are long and skinny. The hanger fits centrally inside the bladder to keep the walls apart for air drying, after you've used the soft absorbent brush inside the bladder.The hanger won't work on the Camelbak 100 oz bladders with an internal wall between the left and right sides, heads up.The long brush can be fed completely through the bladder's hose, and the small brush fits into the female end of the bite valve stem.

This is a nice hydration bladder cleaning kit. It comes with everything you need. To ensure satisfaction, do pay attention to the sizes and measurements of the pieces to make sure they are appropriate for what you need. I like the insert for helping to dry out the interior of the bladder after washing. I've tried various solutions but this one works well. Th storage bag is a nice combination of solid and mesh material. Still the mesh is a little big and so it's easy to catch the parts in the mesh, and it could rip. So you have to be careful using it. In the end, it does just what you'd expect and need it to do.

All the components are nestled inside a drawstring, breathable pouch.The funny-looking collapsable frame with a coat-hanger arrangement on the top holds your water bladder open so that it can dry properly. This is very important. It will never dry if your bladder isn't fully exposed to air. Bacteria will form. Not good. The other items are brushes to clean the feed hose and the mouthpiece. This is nice, too. You want to keep your supply hose and bite nozzle clean.This kit helps you to maintain a good water source in the field. I have used kits just like this extensively, they are a must-have.Recommend.

I was able t use this kit to clean my bladder. The long brush was too short to go to the end of the straw. The support to hold open the bladder for cleaning was a little short for my open at the top bladder. I like that kit includes a bag.
