This balance will round up to the nearest whole number when it’s within a few thousandths of a gram from it.I had this scale and 2 others, the 2 others being reputable name brands. All I just calibrated. I then took an item that weighed 9.993 on the other 2 scales, and this scale read close to 9.993, then immediately jumped to 10.000. I checked this dozens of times with many different items, and this scale rounded every time. This scale will look good on a calibration cert as all weights are generally whole numbers, but this will not give you accurate weights.

Very nice and quick reading scale. I use it to help with metallurgy (jewelry mainly). Perfect for reading small item weights and especially if you need to control the environment as much as possible. It seems to be made very well and it's very well thought out on top.

This analytical balance is really nice, and was calibrated already, as checked by my calibration weight set. The glass enclosure is easy enough to open and close around the scale. The numbers are large and easy to read.

This is a very accurate and well calibrated scale. We tested it out with some weight scales we had and it went out much further than any scale I've had for inaccuracies. It cannot hold that much, as this is mostly for light things like powders, some liquids, etc. but for my use, this is just fine. It comes with a clear glass protector around the scale and the metal part of the scale is raised to keep it off the ground from inaccuracies of other objects falling on it.
