Virtually no assembly required. Some of the parts are unusable because they are welded/molded in a position that won't allow them to "stand up" properly. Each piece can be easily bent out of shape as well.

I didn't even know they made these, so when I saw them, I was excited. They're awesome! They've made organizing my closet shelves so easy, and they're sturdy and easy to install. When I've used them all, I'll buy more.

I have the clear plastic shelf dividers for my wooden shelves, and I love them so when I saw these for wire shelving I jumped on it.Very disappointing!Not one of the shelf dividers was cut correctly for my 12 inch wire shelving.
