28yr old FemaleHeight: 5’4Weight: 180lbsBust: 36DDDSize ordered: LSometimes it’s hard for me to find dresses that look nice on me. But it fits great, not too tight, not too big. The sleeves slim down the arms. It’s not alot of extra material that may leave the sleeves looking weird/big like other dresses of this style. The dress is long almost down to my ankles so id suggest wearing heels with it if you’re short. It also was very pleasant when it sat on my chest and didnt make me look as bug as I am, which is hard to find. Also the design is simple and elegant. It isnt too busy looking and the color is beautiful for a spring/summer dress. Lastly, this dress is made of sheet material but has material built in underneath that is not transparent. Therefore this dress is not see through. All in all, it was a great purchase.

I bought this dress for an upcoming wedding in October 2023. The dress is really pretty, but I do not think it is made very well, especially the stitching. The sizes run really small, so I am confused about the reviews where women said it runs big. I am 5' 3" and I weigh 115 pounds (HONEST) I literally took my measurements to buy this dress. I ran just a little bigger on some measurements like my bust and just a little smaller on others, so I bought what the directions recommended I buy. Having said that, I do not like my clothes tight fitting. I also wanted it to be a true Maxi-Dress and go down to the floor. I bought an XXL and it fit just right. It was also the perfect length for a small heel shoe, but if I gain 5-10 pounds, it literally will not fit. Definitely size up when buying! This is a lovely little dress, but I do not think that it will hold up to repeated wear. Not sure it is worth the price I paid for it. It will look beautiful for a wedding/special occasion, but I would not buy another, unless I find that the dress holds up over time. Overall, I really love the dress, just wanted to share my personal experience to help other ladies when purchasing. Hope this helps! Update: 12-2024 This dress is now officially one of my favorite dresses!!! I even bought another one in a different design! It washes well, if you use gentle cycle and hang dry. It has held up just fine! Great for special occasions where it will be lightly used like dinner and other special events!

I originally ordered this dress in the red color. It is more of a light brick/salmon shade. It would be flattering on nearly everyone. I am fair with medium auburn hair and freckles. My mother-in-law immediately commented on how perfect the color was for me. Rare.As for fit, this really matters most with your chest size. The bottom is flowing enough to accommodate whatever fruit woman are compared to. Apples, pears... Why not passion fruit?? We are all of these depending on the day! I am usually an hourglass I guess. 5'9 (hit right at my ankles in XL) and 220ish. I just have a little more "sand" in the bottom of that hourglass, so the top is around a 38 to 40 C/D but could accommodate a larger band size. Cup size is questionable beyond a DD. The XL in red fit perfectly. So much so that I ordered the tan, immediately. Well, the tan is more snug. It fits like a L. I usually wear a L in dresses for reference. With a bit more tucking and adjusting the tan also fit fine but I'm far more aware of the elastic band and it squeezed enough to give me that weird line across my back you might not like. Like a bra line. It wasn't awful but unexpected given the perfection of the red. They really should call the red one clay or terra cotta. It's an earthy red.The tan has a very slight peach tint but still matches everything and is flattering, just tighter.All that said, I liked the red so much I ordered the green too. Hopefully it works better than the tan, which I did keep, but I'm not as thrilled about. It's really all about the chest size here. Measure your melons and don't worry about what other fruit you are supposed to be.Update - the green had a much larger chest. So much so that I returned it. The stitching around the cleavage went up twice as far. This could maybe be remedied by snipping the threads but the cup size was far too large. The entire top portion has nearly doubled in size while the waist stayed the same. I can't even say what size to get at this point! The results are too inconsistent. I returned it and ordered the black hoping it was just an anomaly. Nope. The black is just like the green. It seems they've changed the sizing and possibly even the pattern. For a 40 C/D it used to be a tighter chest fit for XL. It is now so much of a difference it is baggy on top. So if you're a bustier girl than me the new XL cut should work. I guess I'll return the black, just like the green, and try to size down and see if that helps. I'll (unfortunately) update this AGAIN when I try a large. Seriously, for a dress from Amazon I wasn't expecting hand tailoring from the finest silks but for a 50 dollar dress I'd like, I don't know.... Consistent sizing? Yeah, that. Try that.

This dress looks nothing like the photos. I thought I was mentally prepared for that but the material simply did not meet minimum expectations. It unfortunately looked too cheap and see through.
