I've never changed out bearings on a bike but after studying a little on youtube i bought these and tried it. It may not be the easiest task for a newbie like me but they did what they were supposed to do. Make sure they are the exact size that you need for your bike and don't forget to use plenty of grease. Would recommend these

use marine grease and these will work good enough to get you going. if you're serious about bmx go ahead and get an American to Mid Bottom Bracket conversion kit . Sealed bearings are always better

this bearing was terrible. The cage the ballbearings were held in was useless and quickly failed in use.I found a brilliant remedy for the problem from a guy on you tube who had the perfect answer. Now the bracket and bearing are working better than ever. No thanks to Amazon

My kids bottom bracket bearings busted out in a ride, and this replacement did the trick. Way better than paying 30 plus labor at a bike store ! Don’t need fancy tools to install , just a wrench and two screwdrivers.
