Entered my vehicle 1969 Ford F-350 and was told it would fit. It did not fit. Not even close. Back of the alternator hits the cylinder head. I will be contacting the seller ASAP.

Description says: " Alt Ford Upgrade Natural 100A Smooth Look 1V Pulley 1-Wire"Amazon said this alternator fits my 1975 Ford F250 with a 390. It does not fit.Case is too long , rear bearing contacts the cylinder head.My original alternator is 3/8" shorter than this alternator.
