I bought this to replace a seat post collar for a 16" bike. It's the correct size and operates like I'd expect it to. It seems to close plenty tight enough, although my kid isn't likely to put it to the same test a full sized adult would. My only quibble is that the color is substantially more muted than the listing makes it appear. It's a pale pink, rather than the vibrant pink shown.
