Measure around the widest part of the shoulders, across the barrel, around the hips and flank, and stop just before the tail. The measurement in inches is your horse's blanket size. I got this for my donkey as we had a cold winter in Georgia this year. I was very impressed with the blanket and she did well with it. She can be hard on blankets but this one has held up great!

Good quality, fits as expected and serves its purposekeeping the horse warm and dry this winter.. Only issue is the buckles.. I can't seem to keep them fastened. They're not to tight or to lose, but I fasten them and within a day or so the straps are hanging un fastened.

Didn't even last 2 months with my yearling colt. From the beginning had problems with the strap not staying fastened. All of my other horses have a didn't brand blanket which has done great. Ordered this one because he needed a smaller size.

Seems like a nice blanket - I am not able to use it as it's too large (roomy) for our alpacas. I measured them at 52" and this blanket swims on them, even with the straps at their shortest. Selected a similar size Amigo foal blanket instead and that seems to fit better.
