My 8 year old loves these types of masks as they remind him of video game armor. I ordered this for his toxic waste costume and he was obsessed! The mask arrived with a variety of components and has realistic fans that require batteries. The material is durable, the aesthetic is realistic, and the fit was quite comfortable for my son.

This gas mask is great for airsoft or roleplay. Its lens will protect you from bb's. I fired a FN Scar H Airsoft gun (400+ fps) at close and medium range and the lens held up great. Just a little mark that isn't too noticeable. It has plenty of straps at the back to adjust how the gas mask sits on your face which I love. However don't expect this to function as a actual gas mask. The only problem I had was it smelled bad. This factory smell goes away after a few days of sitting out, so keep that in mind. For breathability its about average. The fans in the side containers suck the air out at a questionable speed since its a very low power fan. Each fan runs on 2 simple AA batteries which is nice. It also comes with different lenses so you can mix and choose if you want tinted, yellowed, or clear visors. I personally love that feature especially for indoor/outdoor compatibility. Overall a great airsoft gas mask that works great for airsoft.

This "M50 Airsoft Protective Gas Mask" looks pretty cool and seems like a functional option for airsoft players, tactical enthusiasts (AKA military cosplayers), or anyone looking to add an edgy look to their their fantasy cosplay or Halloween costumes. The mask features a striking design that gives it a menacing, post-apocalyptic (or 40K) look, making it perfect for airsoft games, cosplay, or even video content shoots. The adjustable straps ensure a secure and comfortable fit for most head sizes. It’s lightweight enough for extended wear but might get a bit hot during intense action, as there’s limited ventilation.Seemingly made from durable materials, the mask offers basic eye protection - but I have concerns about it taking a direct hit from a high-powered air gun. It’s also important to note that it doesn’t provide full respiratory protection like some military-grade gas masks. It’s great for low-impact protection, but won’t shield against toxic gases or heavy smoke. The eye openings provide good visibility, but the mask's design limits peripheral vision a bit. It's a solid option for anyone looking for both function and a cool factor in their gear.Overall, this "M50 Airsoft Protective Gas Mask" is a fun choice for airsoft players or anyone looking to amp up their tactical costume. While it isn’t built for full protection against gases, its eye defense and bold design makes it a viable option for casual use, outdoor games, and themed events.

The mask comes just as expected. Looks great and feels sturdy. I have not tested to see If it holds up to the abuse of airsoft but I probably won’t try due to the fit of the mask. The mask sits really tight on the face even with straps loosened all the way and after a few minutes it begins to hurt the bridge of my nose!Even with adding the foam they ship with it and some foam I had around the house this is still a problem due to the straps being super tight. If you want the mask to display get it but if you wanna wear it at all I would not recommend

If you're in the market for a airsoft mask, there are plenty to be found. However, if you haven't looked at Evebless' M50 gas mask replica, you might be missing out. The M50 set comes with the mask, 2 eye shields (clear and smoked), 2 battery-powered filters, head webbing, foam padding, a lens wiping cloth, a screwdriver, and the instructions. The mask, eyeshields, and filters are all hard/thin plastic. The head webbing is elastic with a couple of hard plastic cinches. It is a one-size-fits most mask due to the head webbing. The novelty of this mask is that both filters are battery powered by 2 AA batteries (not included) a piece. The filters have an on/off button that allows for quiet but plentiful suction to pull perspiration out of the mask. You can power on/off each individually for your preference of how strong you want the venting. The mask is pretty hard and uncomfortable without the foam padding. The padding is thin, so you may need to get better foam if that isn't enough to ease your cheekbone pain. Everything on the outside of the mask is molded and serve no function. For example the mouth piece and straw that are typically in an M50 mask are just for aesthetic molding. Additionally, the head webbing is haphazard, where it links to open plastic prongs on the back of the mask. This allows for insecure tightening, and upon one of these plastic prongs breaking, the mask then will not fit well. I'm not sure why Evebless didn't make the prongs into latches or holes instead. Finally, the two eyeshields are held in place by a slim plastic tab on either side of the eyeshield. You must push them in and out to get the eyeshields out of the mask, and if you aren't careful and break a tab, the eyeshield becomes useless. Also, note that the eyeshields are not air or water tight. That said, this should protect you fine from airsoft, but NOT paintball. The look of the M50 is very cool! It's definitely going to get you some attention on the airsoft battlefield or at your cosplay event. I recommend!

Don't buy this for halloween prop. Instructions don't tell you nor does website that you need goggles under this for it to sit right on your face.
