This item fits between the breather and the throttle body on a V-6 Nissan Murano. For the past several years the check engine light would come on occasionally. The Code it gave indicated that the air mixture intake to the engine was too lean. Sometimes on the left bank... sometimes on the right bank and sometimes on both. The dealer shop said the catalytic converters were clogged and would quote an enormous amount to change them. An acquaintance told me one day that his Murano was doing the same thing and he replaced this part. For about $20, Amazon delivered the part to our front door and it took about 15 minutes to change it. The old bellows had rips in it and obviously leaked air. No problems since. Thank you, Amazon!
