This is a basic budget system, but its reliable and incredibly useful. I live in a very touristy city and receive a lot of visitors, and I often find myself accompanying several people to the local museums where, sadly, the English translations of the exhibits were made on a budget and without much care. I've been a million times and know these places like the back of my hand, so I spend most of my time bouncing from person to person quietly explaining what they're looking at.This tour guide system is a godsend for me. It's a huge timesaver. The local museums are pretty strict about loud, disruptive tour groups, so calling out to everyone isn't an option, but I can now just quietly describe the exhibits in a way that doesn't disrupt other visitors. The transmitter and receivers are a little plasticky. They're not what I'd describe as high end devices, but after a few weeks of testing they seem sturdy enough. The connection is stable and reliable, and I've heard no complaints about the signal cutting out so far.All in all, an excellent option if you don't want to pay through the nose.

This is so good for an office setting. It's fantastic for things like training or quality assurance discussions. It's fantastic that all these different headsets can hear something from the main speaker. Actually be really good to use for board meetings too.Everything works well and it's relatively comfortable. Could probably stand to be a little bit more comfortable but it's not bad.

Compact design, great range, simple to use:These units are durably designed to withstand normal wear and tear, including small drops, but are still very lightweight and very comfortable to carry and use even for longer periods of time. The product's range is also pretty great and has so far worked perfectly at ~100 yards or so without any transmission issues or static. The product's multi frequency options also help avoid interference if used in a location with other groups using similar systems. The product's battery life has so far also been pretty impressive, and the receivers only need to be charged about once per day, if that, while the transmitter needs more frequent charging but lasts about a complete workday without requiring a recharge. The products also have a very simple design that's intuitive to use and easy to get the hang of for listeners.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

When it comes down to it you speak into the transmitter and you hear the sound out of the receiver. Can't argue with it doing exactly what is says. Build wise neither device is special with cheapish feeling plastic and basic buttons. That's not a huge issue for me when the point isn't to look good; it's just to get the sound to someone's ear. Operation is as simple as moving the switch to on though I like that they include a lock option that most people should use as it will prevent accidental channel changes. Mine came at volume 5 which I think is a good starting point but it really needed getting it up to 9 is simple and obvious with the volume buttons and get's it plenty loud without being enough to hurt someone's hearing if they didn't mean to have it that high. I really like that while these are simple devices they still went with USB-C which keeps them up to date with modern chargers. I'm surprised they only only included one charging cable but I suppose they aren't that hard to come up with. I was also a little annoyed to find that they didn't include a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable for attaching a mixer board output to the transmitter. That's my use-case and while it's another thing that isn't hard to come up with I'd like an included cable that I know will work for something probably a good half of purchasers are going to do. The ear clips are a good setup where they are external to the ear and will be easy to clean when handing out. Nothing fancy about them except that I think they are the exact thing needed. The product has been working fine for us so I'm happy.

I got these for our church, and they worked well for a while, until our sound system quit and the church had to buy a new sound system. This set is NOT compatible with the new sound system. Bummer!A month ago, I would have given these a full five stars, but due to that incompatibility with the new system, I've dropped one star.Having said that, I can't help but let the "safety manager" side of me speak, also.Having been a safety manager, I wish I had had these when working in the factory. The factory was a noisy place (most folks had to wear ear plugs). When training new individuals, these would have been almost perfect. Too many "floor instructions" were insufficiently understood by the trainees, due to not hearing the full instruction. With the trainer wearing the microphone side of this set, and the trainees wearing the receiver side of these, everyone would have been able to hear the full instructions. I said "almost perfect solution" because the trainer would still not be able to hear the trainees questions, but a good trainer could have made the whole training experience better with these things compared to without them. And with multiple channels, several instructors could be doing the same thing on separate channels, and having no cross-talk or interference with the other group.Overall, this is a good set, with plenty of battery life for a whole days' work without having to recharge.
