Item arrived without assembly instructions, which I found on Amazon's site. I think it's particle something because you can see where I tightened the screws - and I did read not to tighten the screws too tight. Not sure if this is why, but this is what happened to me. Fortunately this headboard is for an additional bedroom so not worried about it too much. Will keep it, but if you are looking for a high quality full wood headboard, this is not the item for you.

Purchased this for my Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed. I attached it to the wall, because the bed doesn't come with brackets to attach a headboard, sperately the headboard brackets cost $24.00 on up. Attaching it to the wall was better because it is not in the way when I make the bed, and does not move with the bed.Its also a good look. Good price and I recommend it to other buyers.

Initially we had the legs on the wrong sides and the holes didn't match up with the metal bed frame slots. Once we swapped them, they fit perfectly. The lower holes should be closer to the outside of the bed and the upper metallic brackets closer to the inside of the bed.

I bought 2, one for each of my daughters. The headboard not super high. The legs are a little short, but I was able to drill holes on it to make it exactly what I wanted

I ordered two headboards for my boys' beds. I opened one box to look at it when the packages arrived. The first headboard looked good, and I put it away until I was ready to move the beds into our new home. Unfortunately, the second headboard was severely damaged inside the box. I assumed I could return the headboard and get a new one, but it is already a couple of days outside the return window, and I'm now stuck with an expensive piece of garbage. The cracks run through it, and there is no way to hide the damage. Photos attached.

I received my first headboard, sadly with some damage. Contacted company as per paperwork in box, they advised had to go through Amazon for it to be processed. Very quickly a new headboard was issued and without problem. Very pleased with that. I did find head legs were a bit short and didn’t allow for it to sit on floor when attached, that would make it a bit sturdier. Finished matched existing furniture I had so happy overall. Used in guest bedroom so it will not see a lot of use.
