I like AFE products and this is my second air intake system I've purchased from them. The quality is good and I love hearing the turbo, but the fitment was not perfect. For the price, I feel that it should have fit a little better. The powder coated intake tube sits under the plastic engine cover in such a way that it immediately rubbed the paint off. Also, the silicone boots fit the flared pipe in such a way that the metal worm drive clamps try to work themselves inward and off. Seems like a little more aggressive bend, or longer silicone couplers would have solved this. Again, not a deal breaker but just not a perfect fit especially at this price. Fitment was much better on my Ford Powerstroke AFE system.

Love the product. Have used on my Duramax's. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel however does not like the cold air intake. Check engine light pops up everytime I drive it. Decrease in mileage. Sluggish throttle response. Mass airflow sensor issues. I can remove the product and it run and drive great. Chrysler made me remove it cause of the check engine light always stayed on.

This intake is a well made, good design for the Ecodiesel jeep, but you will get a check engine light. You will get code P071 which is "Too Lean"It's a shame that this happens, because it does feel more responsive, and the turbo sounds pretty good.
