You know, i bought this air intake for my f150 2011 ecoboost and turns out mine is a little different due to a small difference in an extra hose my truck has going to the intake manifold so sadly i had to return item but i can definitely tell this brand doesn't mess around. Very good quality and as soon as they receive back my order i will definitely buy the correct cold air intake from my truck with this brand. Seems way better than any other named brand out there.

Minor fit issues with the one I received. Had to grind down the lip on the metal air box to get the filter to slip completely on the intake tube. Without doing so, the filter wouldn’t get over the lip in the intake to get a good clamp. Also too many lock washers and not enough flat washers. Luckily I had a few extra around the garage. Minus the added time to modify the air box and then search for hardware, wasn’t terrible to install.

This intake sucks massive air & the turbos are definitely noticeable. Also the milage gain, in my case, has increased by 2-3 mpg considering I'm not heavy on the accelerator with the occasional exception.It took me about 30 minutes to install. I also have the AFE catback 4" exhaust w/ a 5" tip & the combination works very well together. Also I like the sound of the exhaust.UPDATE: This intake is still working as it should & I'm planning to add the SCT live wire tuner soon. Once I install the tuner I will update on the combination.Update 2: I've had the SCT BDX tuner from 5* Tuning installed for about 6 months. I currently have the 87/ 93 prefomance - tow tunes. It definitely made truck come alive. I also installed new plugs & coil packs.I've had two of these EcoBoost trucks & I definitely get another when the time comes. It will tow or pull anything I need.

Good intake, got me a couple mpg back and was real easy to install. Took about 30 mins or so. Also I have put intakes in other cars and this one is by far the best quality one I have ever installed. From the filter to the mount, it is constructed very well. Will definatly stick with afe in the future

Great product, makes the turbos much more noticeable in daily driving. I wish I did it sooner.
