Cover arrived did have a storage bag. It was difficult to figure out front from back. It took a couple times to get it right as there wasn’t any indications of front or back. Finally place cover on my Adult 3 wheel bike it fit very tightI did return item not what I expected.

This is pretty decent. It fits over my Schwinn Meridian recumbent bike. The elasticized border helps it stay out. There's also a strap on the bottom to hold it.

First - I was happily opening packages with a pair of scissors and accidentally cut the holding bag for this cover. I am so sad because it is a nice bag! Fortunately I have another bag that will work to hold the cover and keep it in my trike bag, but be forewarned that you should not use sharp objects to open the package when it arrives. The cover itself is very nice - lightweight but sturdy. I like saving ounces when I'm riding so that is nice. The primary purpose of this for me is to provide an extra layer of security in our city, where bikes get stolen frequently. We use multiple locks on the trike itself and then cover it with this, which is also locked. The general idea is to make it too much trouble for a thief to unwind it all (we only ride during the day and store in a locked building at night). I would definitely order this again.
