This Action Pump IBC-HK-8P2F dispensing hose assembly consists of a PVC hose and a dispensing nozzle, and is suitable for use in gravity flow liquid dispensing applications. The PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hose the polypropylene dispensing nozzle are resistant to most chemicals. It ships fully assembled with camlock fittings for quick connects and disconnects, and comes with a 2" female National Pipe Straight (NPS) threaded adapter. It is 8' long, has a temperature range of 40 to 120 degrees F, and weighs 7 lb. This hose assembly is suitable for use with Tote containers, also called Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) with male camlock fittings in a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

Bought these to hook up to Raw Material and Finished goods inventory. These do great and work really well. They have not leaked as of yet and provide plenty of flow to fill anything larger than a quart. They would work well for those as well if they were threaded and could be adapted down.

Came with wrong fitting for my IBC tank. Product comes with 2" NPS (straight) fitting but my tank valve needed 2" NPT (tapered). The straight thread could thread on but could never get tight and seal.Once I found the proper 2" female NPT replacement fitting, it worked great. I use it for maple sap dispensing in cold weather and yet the house remains flexible and doesn't crack. I also like the locking feature on the handle lever.

This unit gave us huge flexibility when dispensing products directly from IBC totes. The smaller diameter hose is easier to handle than our standard 1.5” and the nozzle allows one handed dispensing. This really makes filling pails a snap. We had a couple of questions and the company responded right away. They went above and beyond in addressing those issues. We have already bought a couple more units. The quality is great and best of all, everything is included. It would be pain to try and build these ourselves. If you handle liquid chemicals, these units are a must!

The hose is terrible, its brittle. It broke in too. Didnt even waste my time complaining.

So far we actually have not used the product because the fittings aren't compatible, but it appears to be good quality. Our issue is that our tank's outlet has a different, larger thread spacing. So even though it's also a 2" outlet, the thread sizes are not compatible. In case anyone else encounters this, here is the part to search for to replace the one provided by the hose manufacturer: Global Industrial™ Polypropylene S60x6 2" Female Buttress C/W x 1" Part A Camlock Adapter

Works great! All the guys in the shop love how easy it is to use. Love the fact that it helps keep our containers clean without spilling all over the outside.
