Its a good sized jar. Big enough for a traditional bar and small enough for a mobile/satellite bar. The trap door in the back allows keyed access to the pot. Feels like acrylic, so windex should make cleanup quick and easy. Wish these were offered with custom logos.

Update: I hate to have to demote a review but in honesty, the LEDs quickly stopped working. The seating for the LED strip is loose and stopped working, and it looks like I will have to replace the entire lighting strip. The rest of the product is good, but the primary purpose failed quickly.This has been a great upgrade from the previous tip-jar at my job, which was just a vase with the words "tips!" written on it in glass marker. Everybody has commented how it fits the vibe of our place of work more, and we love that we can set the colors to match the mood. We also love that it locks, allowing us to leave the jar alone and not worry about possible sticky fingers. 10/10, love this little box!

So this is definitely a cool way to display tips, but it has some flaws. I like that it comes with 2 backs, one says tips and the other is blank. I'd rather use the blank side. I like the light up feature, and the remote works well with it, with multiple light up options, BUT it has to stay plugged in to work. I'm not sure who will be able to plug this in and have it not get in the way of your countertop. It has a lock on the front with keys, which is nice, but the back literally pops off without even trying, so it defeats the purpose of the lock.

Where to start with this one. First, it came broken. The LED light sits between two fasteners, then the acrylic front slides through a slit in the top and sits above the LED in between the fasteners. Well, the fastener glue was ripped off as well as the LED strip. On top of that, after peeling the sticker off the acrylic front, it is severely damaged and scuffed. Lastly, the front doesn't secure in place... So you can slide it up and put at any point, thus rendering the lock worthless as anyone can access the money. See the picture of me holding it up.
