Exactly what I was looking for. I needed a replacement piece for my storm door handle. This was easy to cut and I really like the look of the internal bubbles.

Arguably, a bit pricey for a piece of plastic, but with this rod and an inexpensive chrome towel bar kit, I was able to easily create a nice period correct looking towel bar for the bathroom in our 1920s house. Keeping the mounting ends, I simply replaced the 5/8" chrome bar with this Acrylic rod. It is easily cut with a common hacksaw to fit whatever custom length you need. While not authentic or "restoration perfect", I find it still makes a great vintage looking bar at a fraction of the cost for a "real" one.
