This is not my favorite kit. I love cross stitch and I love counted cross stitch but I wanted something a little more mindless so these stamped bookmarks seemed like a good place to start. There are charts for the colors but they're far too small to count and don't include the number of threads that would work best. I assumed the standard 2 but that didn't provide enough coverage, 6 is far too bulky so 3/4 is my best guess. The other issue is that in the light colors if there's stamping there I can't see it in any lighting and since the charts are so small I need a magnifying glass to determine the count. The pack also includes stick on backing but no further instructions but I would hazard a guess that I'd want to use a blanket stitch to prevent fraying

I love the pattern, comes with everything you’ll need even a trace out of watch bookmark on cross stitch material for beginners. However. This is not my first rodeo. I have been cs for 20 years. I prefer my own fabric and follow the pattern rather than the trace out. The pattern however is ridiculously small no indication of what colors change outside of an arrow tracing through the already hard to see pattern. If I use the picture on my cell phone and zoom in I can better see it but patterns are suppose to fully indicate each color as to keep from messing up the colors. I’ve bought 2 patterns from this company and the previous they did it right. Everything was enlarged and colors fully indicated. This was disappointing. So if you plan one using this pattern for more than just one trace out version of each bookmark. Just know it will take extra work to do it.
