  • Please don't worry, 85% of the parts in our package are assembled, and the package comes with a tool kit and a detailed instruction manual, and you can also browse the assembly video on the product page. It takes up to 30 minutes to complete.

  • Most of our bicycles have a combination of coaster brake and hand brake, which can control sensitively the bike to stop. Regarding the coaster brake, kids can turn the pedal backwards and gain stopping power.

  • Our factory has been conducting quality inspection before shipment. However, some packages may be defected by the impact or extrusion of external heavy objects during transportation. If happens, we will actively solve it.

Overall satisfied with the purchase. It should be a good first bicycle to learn how to ride when the training wheels come off.Issues,- QC could be better, as the seat has minor cuts at the edges. Pictured.- Only three white wheel hub protectors were provided. A non matching black cap was on the other. Also pictured.I did have the item shipped in an Amazon Box to reduce the chance of freight damage and to hide the contents.
