The item received isn't entirely the same as the product photo. They are bare steel, not black, and the adjusting washers do not come with the OEM bevel; they are smooth on both sides. Still, they seem ok and appear to work fine.

These are nickle plated and the bolt is machined to give it the flat edge for turning the cam. The cam has a flat edge. The originals have a black nitrite coating and the cams have a contoured edge for strength. This product is just a cheaper version of the original. The OEM adjusters can be cleaned up on a wire wheel if rusty and put back into service if not bent or heavily corroded away. Each package contains one adjuster; you will need four all together for both sides of the front end.

It's good it's AC delco but the bushings down look like this they are shiny metal and so is the bolt and nut. And you need two kits per side. So for the whole truck, you need four kits. My originals were rusted really bad so I got all new hardware. Maybe I could have got by with some of it but the control arms were so bad and the alignment shop couldn't even do caster on the one side last time. So I thought it was time. I live in the rust belt though if you live where the department of highways doesn't actively try to destroy your truck, you might not need these. My original ones looked like the picture but these are thicker and flat. Also, the bolts are too long, longer than OEM. Doesn't seem to hurt anything but I'm surprised since it's AC Delco and my truck is a Chevy.
