This was very frustrating. I’ve been fixing cars and motorcycles for over a decade and this is unacceptable. I checked my RPO code for the correct alternator for my year make and model. Amazon fitment even said it was correct. Image shows 2 pin connector. Item shipped was indeed this part number, but it arrived with a cracked rear shroud(probably no big deal) and a 4 pin connector. My truck is still out of commission because of this. Beware!

My truck had an issue with not charging the batteryI swap the alternator 2 times with an aftermarket alternator .I kept having the same issueThen I replaced it with this alternator and my truck is running and charging the way it should be.

It’s two screws and an electrical connection to remove and the belt. Took me twenty minutes to replace.Works very well so far. Like the AC Delco brand quality parts.
