You will have to drill a hole for the thermometer and bend the lines a bit to fit correctly.

The Amazon post confirmed that this was a fit for my 2000 Freightliner FLD-120. And it is, but not quite exact. You will need to install the expansion valve on the coil, and then forcibly bend the valve and lines downward as far as possible without damaging the coil. Then you will need to bend the liquid line coming through the firewall to mate up with the expansion valve. The return vapor line is flexible enough that you won't have any problems getting that installed. The FLD-120 has a bulb type thermostat that cuts the compressor out at 32° F so that the coil doesn't freeze the condensation. The bulb is inserted into a hole drilled through the aluminum fins in the evaporator. This evaporator does not have that hole, so you will need to drill your own hole. Locate the hole on your old evaporator, and drill the hole in the new one, taking care not to accidentally drill into the copper tubes. The price on this evaporator is right, and it is a good value despite the extra effort needed to make it fit. I would give it 5 stars, except for the fact that extra work is required to get it to fit, and this is not disclosed in the item description.
