Je ne m’attendais absolument pas à ce que mon embrayage de clim sorte si facilement. Petit conseil graissez les pas de vis avant de l’utiliser et utiliser une visseuse à impact lors du retrait du plateau embrayage et sa va fonctionner à merveille sur un système rouillé comme le mien

Worked great to pull the a/c clutch off my 1992 chevy s10 blazer and also used it to reinstall I didn't use heat just gave a cupple light taps with a hammer as I went I never expected it actually work on a 30 year old rusty pump but it did ...finally fixed my howling pump bearing !

There are 3 different adapters for different models of compressors.I only used the puller for my Harrison (GM) R4 compressor. It worked well. It was worth the price to buy this set to replace the clutch as opposed to paying a mechanic to do the same.Note: Some R4 compressors do not use spacers to set the clutch gap. Install the clutch using the included adapter to close to specified gap, then finish to exact gap width by tightening lock nut on shaft to correct torque.

I'm a retired mechanic, with over 40yrs. experience. I should have known better than to buy this kind of junk. I was hoping to get a one time job out of it on a ht6 compressor. This garbage didn't come close! Despite taking all the precautions to make this an easy pull, the threads stripped almost immediately. I used penetrating oil, and heated the hub before screwing the puller in place, Then I oiled the puller threads well. It was barely past tight when the threads pulled loose. After getting a decent puller, the clutch hub came off with no problem. A 1 star rating is way too generous!

Threads are so bad it strips when trying to use them. Sending this junk back. Hope I can fix my car without this.

I used the tool in this set to remove the front hub from an r4 compressor. Was kind of impressed to see how well it worked for being from a cheap set made in China. Money well spent as I won't be using these tools very often as a DIY.
