I absolutely love this printer! It arrived about a week ahead of schedule! I didn't install immediately but when I did it was easy to set up due to the informative step by step videos. The customer service is great as well. They stayed in contact with me and offered support with setting it up if needed. I've already been printing so many things and am happy with my purchase. Thank you all!

Wonderful product to create beautiful DTF transfers. The functionality of the printer and baker give the results that create the best transfers. The print speed is great and the ink capacity used is affordable. Easy to reach customer service and quick response time for any questions. Used for a small business my daughter and I have and get wonderful feedback with the use of this printer and baker.

I must say that I am really happy with this printer. It came in earlier than expected and it was during the holidays so that was already a great start. The printer does an amazing job with images. It prints out really nice and vibrant colors. Customer service has also been amazing and they stay in constant contact with you to ensure everything is working perfectly with the printer. I have had nothing but a great experience with the product and customer service. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a dtf printer.

I bought this printer for my small business a couple months ago and it has been great so far. The print quality has been great. I love the film cutter that it has. The shipping of the printer was super fast! (Ordered on 11/10 and it arrived on 11/14!) It was packaged nicely and secured in a big box. I also love the look of this printer. I’ve been seeing a bunch of posts online regarding the “Procolored” DTF printer and wanted one, but I didn’t like the “panda” so I went for this one. This printer is very comparable to that other brand.Not only am I happy with my DTF printer, but their customer service rep, Cindy, is the best! She has reached out to me on multiple occasions on Amazon messaging to check on me and to see if I needed help with the set up or if I had any questions or issues. She even sent me another bottle of nozzle fluid cleaner to me as a Christmas gift for free!I did have an error that came up with the printer recently, however I reached out to Cindy and she got me in contact with their engineer team via Skype and they helped walk me through resolving that issue. Engineer Jerry and Hu from their team helped me with the process.I have nothing but nice things to say about this product and their customer service team. I am VERY happy I purchased from them and their whole team is the BEST!!

It took a minute to set this printer up, mostly due to human error lol. The setup instructions and video was helpful with some minor misleading details. Once everything was set up the prints come out bright and vibrant. I wish I had ordered sooner. This machine will definitely help with my small business.
