Had a hole at the end of my original bag which we tried to fix using tape, bad idea. Perfect replacement for my '08 troy bilt push mower

No issues other than it came rolled up in a small box and would not lay flat. As you can see 8n the picture, it required 2 heavy bottles on the base and left overnight. That worked.Other than a little trimming on the parts that clamp onto the frame, it was an easy install and fits and looks good. No issues so far with the bag and getting the same results as with the OEM.

I'll admit I was nervous to buy this. I prefer to use OEM parts for proper fit and function, but this saved me $100 ! And the good news continues with the bag fitting my TroyBilt mower and it has worked as expected in the first two mows. Winner!!

Great bag! Had to slightly trim down the soft plastic frame clips to the same lengths as the original bag, but no big deal, and the new bag now fits old frame perfectly. Saw some comments that suggest that fabric is flimsier than original. At first glance I thought so too, but then I realized that the old bag was encrusted with 16 years of grass grime, and seemed to be thicker. Taking into the consideration the filthy state of the old bag fabric when comparing it critically to the new bag fabric, I gotta say that I think the new bag fabric is at least as sturdy as the original bag fabric ( and may be more sturdy).The new bag also has a higher capacity than the old bag, which means changing it less often (my yard is huge).Rewarded the faithful 16 years of service of my old TroyBilt with this bag (and new wheels).Small pleasures.
