I only received one mini pan and also both the large pan and the one mini pan I recdeived have paint scratched off.

Great product. Durable enough for small tarts. Does as expected.Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to one tart pan missing the base disk. I had to throw away one of moulds as it wouldn’t be functional without the base disk. Not a huge deal, not worth contacting the manufacturer over that issue and I would guess it’s not a normal occurrence that other buyers should worry about

Had to do some creative adjusting since the tart pan is only 1" tall but pans cooked evenly and removal of the tart was relatively easy on the big one. You'll definitely want to use a rubber utensil though or the metal could be scratched. The smaller pans were harder to separate from from the bottom (after refrigerating for a bit I found that placing them on a cup of warm water for a minute or two allowed for a much easier separation) but having the removable bottom on the little tart pans was wonderful. And I love making small treats for friends (or just so I don't eat more than I should.)Although I removed the sides and felt I was careful when cutting the tart, I advise removing the bottom first. It did scratch the metal just a little.Despite the adjustments and having to be a little more careful, I think I will thoroughly enjoy using these pans!

I am enjoying these pans very much. I previously made quiches in straight-sided porcelain dishes, which worked fine, but removing a quiche from its dish wasn’t really possible. So I guess I was basically making Quiche Casseroles. (Huh.) But with these pans, extraction is a breeze. I make sure to coat the inside surfaces with a light film of oil (or butter, depending on what I’m making). I use a pastry brush for this, so I don’t accidentally leave any bare spots. I’m also careful Not to accidentally get any oil under the removable bottom plate. So far, I haven’t had any problems with baking in these pans. Since they are dark, I lower the oven temperature a bit, which compensates. Removing the final results from the pans has been no problem.When I’m baking quiches or tarts, sometimes I end up with too much filling for the bigger pan. That’s when I love having the little pans. A bit more crust, add the leftover filling, and the minis are ready to go.For working so well and being so handy, and for being fairly inexpensive, five stars.
