Love this product. Bought something similar in a harder plastic that cracked right away. This one is much more durable. We recently traveled with the small one, held enough food for our 25lb dog for about a week and a half. Use the other one to store what's left in bag. Highly recommend!

Says it fits 8-12 lbs fasten the two containers provided. It does not. I had already emptied out a couple pounds of food into my cat's feeders from an 11.1 lbs bag. I put the remainder in the two containers and they were already full to the rim so these aren't going to fit anywhere near 12 lbs. Quality on the small container was good, but the bigger one had one side flap that did not lock with that much strength. As another review mentioned, I works not suggest holding these by the handle and the lid may come off. 1 star off for not holding up to the specified size and one star off for weaks lid locks. Will use to hold bits of food for fosters instead and as a storage and not to pour.

I use these for storing coffee beans and cereal, and they're awesome.The snap-on lids are very convenient for measuring/pouring and the containers are made of high-quality plastic.

Nope, I didn't get this for pet food... I got it for cereal. A giant size lucky charms box fits perfectly in this container!Sturdy material, not top tier quality but you can't expect that if you're not paying for that. It seals well and is easy to wash between uses. I've been guilty of using the cup as a makeshift bowl, but it provides an easy and convenient way to measure the quantity you're eating.

Spacious Food storage for pets. easy pouring, could be used for so many things, but I love putting pet food in it and pouring it in their bowls everyday

These did turn out to be good for storing both dog and cat food for my purposes. Note neither will hold a full bag but I knew that based on their size description, only thing is you cannot easily pour contents using handle alone (I was hoping) but that is not a deal breaker as the containers are designed to allow you to easily grip edge to pour.
