The glass cutting set is mostly good except for the running piers. They don't work at all.(I've used many previously without problems)It's such a shame that I now have to buy them separately.

Don’t buy. No way to contact seller. I bought it as an extra kit and didn’t use it right away. Running pliers not built properly.

The glass breaker has a fault it does not work. Set was returned and a new one sent same issue. The breaker does not break properly scored glass.

Running pliers are not functional. The jaws were produced with flat jaws. For them to function they need to be two curves. Either they missed a step, or they were unclear what running pliers do when they copied other products. Either way we could not use them in our classes as we needed functioning running pliers. Returned 9 sets.

Vendor, fine so far; waiting on refund.Cracking pliers manufacturer didn’t grind sufficient radius in pads of pliers to facilitate cracking of glass. Tried two sets; both sets had same issue.Product quality seemed fine. Just issue with cracking pliers.
