This tub is horrible do not buy.1. On delivery dropped in the driveway with no notice did not ring the door bell2. On unpacking unit was scratched and chipped , since there is only a thirty day wind no return is offered. No carton damage so scratched a chips name from the factory. So the company knowingly ships defective product.3. Horrible unclear installation instructions.4. My electrician wire it up up it does no turn on completely useless. 2500 boat anchor.5. Customer support does not answer the phone you just get a zen desk ticket saying how busy they are.I believe they are busy sell a defective crap product.Avoid this company at all cost!

First when we installed the tub, it had a major water leak that I had to have a contractor fix, once we got the leak fixed everything seemed fine except for the fact the waterfall and breaks in it where water doesn’t come out, but a few days later I noticed half of the Jets stopped working as well. The original detachable shower head came broken, so I had to replace that as well. Not worth the money, in fact I want partial money back since I got a partial working tub. The jets only work when the waterfall is on also, it’s a lot slimmer of a tub than expected as well, so not made for larger sized people, FYI. Due to drain placement, you can’t fill up with water as high as you would like. Sometimes the control buttons won’t work if it gets wet, or will freeze. Has the ability of being a really cool tub. Definitely needs some tweaks and at least have all parts working.
