If you don’t want to waste time making your own rings or do not have the proper tools to do so then these are a must. The size is versatile and works with many brands if 6.5” speakers. By my picture you can see I used the rings I ordered to fabricate these speaker pods. Only down fall is they are made of MDF which is usually fine but would be more durable if they were made of birch. But overall they worked great. Speakers fit perfect and the price was very fair. Saved me time crime making my own.

Worth every penny for the time I saved I love that they were a bit oversized u should be able to fit any 6.5 speaker on the market good product I also love the trim ring that is included

These things are pretty solid. Needed to get my after market door speakers moved forward away from my window downward path without having the speakers sticking out to far and this did the trick. Just take a drill bit to it instead of forcing a screw threw it. The material is mdf so treat it as so. Looks good overall and I would recommend

Didn't expect the speakers to be mislabeled with dimensions. Had to extend the depth. These rings worked great but take my advice and use a primer and let them dry over night before painting them. They will soak up as much pain as you apply. I cannot believe that the only other units I found were like $50.

Having my own 3/4" MDF and making 4" rings for this same project I can tell a huge difference in the quality of MDF used. They feel flimsy and even started splitting as I bolted them to my car door. The MDF I used, in comparison, was very strong and sturdy. You could probably break this ring over your leg. I wouldn't attempt it on the ones I made. It will get the job done. Just be aware of its weakness when installing.

They are just a tad small for the Alpine spr 60c componets. After shaving off a bit with the dremel they work great and bout to order another set. they are well made and worth the money
