This was a perfect fit for the Norcold N821 refer in my 2016 Jayco Alante. The old one was a little rusty so it took some pulling to get it out. This one looked exactly like the one I removed, slid right into place, and I had the fridge working in about 5 minutes! I'm very pleased with the quality and performance so far. This one cost a little more than some others I saw, but they had complaints about the length and gauge of the wires. The wires on this one are the correct size and length and routed in the same path as the old one, so it was worth a few extra dollars.

If your old one is easy to remove, this one will be easy to install. I say that because unexpected things tend to happen. It can be difficult to work around all the other stuff that is in the way on an RV refrigerator. But as for this unit, it fits fine and was not an issue to install for me. Refrigerator works on AC as it should.

Excellent replacement for the original equipment Norcold heating element. Easy to replace, connects perfectly and my fridge now gets cold on electric. I recommend.

2012 Norcold N611RT w/ newer 10 pin control boardHad to return this product. Everything about it seemed fine except that the wires coming from this Heating Element are 4" shorter than are on the OEM one. They couldn't reach the power tabs on the control board so, won't work with this model Norcold.
