Surprisingly, these are very sturdy and the handle is a little polished. I was very impressed with them and will buy them again. I bought them as a gift, but I will now buy them for myself.

These cheese knives are one piece of metal. They don’t bend or come apart where the handle and blade are joined. I can wholeheartedly recommend these cheese knives. Blessings!

They are wonderful spreaders for butter and cheese. Very sturdy and they are stainless steel. They have some sharpness on one of the edges in order to cut the cheese. Great addition to our parties.

Although I really like these I was hoping to avoid having to hand wash and dry them. The very first time I washed them and let them air dry, they dried with spots of rust. This was very disappointing. I do wish they were a SLIGHT bit longer in length but I still use them.

Needed something sturdy in case the housemates get ahold of them. (They seem to break everything they touch.) These are perfect! They're cute, sturdy, and just sharp enough to cut into a wedge of cheese. I really liked that they came in a set of six as most I looked at came in twos, threes or fours.

They were a lot smaller than I expected. Cute for cheese balls or gifting. But not very feasible for daily use with butter or peanut butter.
