The flexibility of the wire is good and there ok for light use the alligator clips are soldered onto the wire but not crimped so as soon as the lead gets warm the solder melts and clip falls off or even worse the clip stays on and the connection is intermittent until you realize what happened but the been said they good for price and light work

I use various types of test leads when I build my DIY gadgets. After getting some cheap versions that did not last that long, I decided to invest a bit more to get higher quality leads.These are the high end leads, not the cheap ones.I love these clips - so much nicer than the cheap ones!
