FALSE ADVERTISING. In the description of this item it says it works on suede and was the second item that popped up when I searched “Uggs cleaner” because I intended on using this product for my Uggs. The instructions say u should mix it with water and I tried this and it did not work. There was a very small amount of dirt on my Uggs and after 40 minutes of scrubbing with the eraser scrubber provided both the cleaner/conditioner mixed with water and the cleaner/ conditioner solution on its own did absolutely nothing. I wasted 20 dollars, can’t return this and wish I never purchased it.

It’s my first time buying uggs and trying to take care of the shoes. It’s raining season too, so I needed this.This kit worked well for cleaning my shoes. The brush was gentle, and the cleaner lifted most dirt without leaving residue. The eraser took some effort on tough spots but got the job done. Great for basic upkeep.
