After receiving case I tried to open it. The locks were set at 000 with a bread tie through them. They would not open. I had to cut the locks to get it open. After getting it open the instructions were inside. After reviewing instructions, still did not open. Don’t waste your money. It’s cheap. I would have returned it if I wasn’t leaving for a trip this week.
