CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE - CHARCOAL AND GAS CAN NOT BE USED AT SAME TIME. YOU CAN COOK ON CHARCOAL OR GAS - USING BOTH FUELS AT SAME TIME MAY CAUSE EXPLOSION AND FIRE. If you need a SPIT ROASTER that can roast pig, lamb, goat, chickens, turkeys, pork shoulders or anything that weighs 80-100 lbs then this is the perfect product for you. Stainless steel drip pan. Stainless steel charcoal pan is included for charcoal roasting. Two 45" stainless steel propane burners - 20,000 BTU each. Four grilling grates covering the entire roaster - made of 6 mm 304 stainless steel bars. Heavy duty motor - 50 W - 200 lbs/in torque. The built-in thermometer will help you to monitor the temperature. Temperature shown on the thermometer shouldn't exceed 300 deg.F. To move it easily, we added four removable rubber locking swivel casters. The spit rod is made of heavy duty 1" stainless steel square profile. Two stainless steel spit forks, two leg brackets and a spine fork will hold meat on the spit so that it doesn't move at all and your machine will run very smoothly without vibrations. The heavy duty 4 rpm,50 W, 200 lbs/in. motor has an internal unit that is specifically made for this rotisserie. The motor insulation has a high temperature rating and the cooling fan is additional protection to prevent overheating. DO NOT BURN CHARCOAL AND PROPANE AT SAME TIME.

Roasted a pig. Turned out great. The position of the handle could be lower or better placed. For someone who is short your arm touches the top and can get burned when lifting the top up.

this is not a good value for your hard earned money .I'm a very experienced cook and went thru the reviews weighed them all out and bought this . yes it was a huge mistake !!!! could have bought something a lot better than this , its thin hooded , hard to work with i have several burns on my arms from the lid .sets low and my wife is still trying to figure out why its still here on the property !! thought i was getting what i paid for on expense wise because i do spend good money on great products but surely not in this case . i really hope this helps someone that is looking at buying this or similar please don't .

The Item looks great, and easy to assemble took a little over an 1 hr. I plan on using it within a month will update on how the roaster performs. I roasted a 60lbs lamb fully cooked in 4.5hrs. Good job on it. If you buy it I suggest that you test it with some type of load before you use it. I had an issue the the original motor. seller was easy to work with. I just wish it was at least as wide as it is deep. Or and additional 8 inch wider and 1 ft longer. to accommodate a 100lb beast. If I bought anything bigger I do not think it would have fit. I do like it and plan to modify it.
