I like how the sound bar supports multiple types of input like HDMI, Optical, AUX, it can also play music from USB. There isn’t a battery for the remote, but can operate without it. Easy setup, no need extra cables for the subwoofer and rear speakers. They use Bluetooth connection and already paired. This speaker is worth the price and works well! My kids enjoy using it, and overall I think this is a great speaker. It’s perfect for when you have people over as well. Highly recommend.

I have been loving this surround sound speaker setup! All speakers worked incredibly well with simple pairing and product support was very fast to help with any issues I had!I dropped my left rear speaker pretty badly and support was able to cover it, I wish I saw more products from Raineverry as I have nothing but good things to say about their speaker quality and ease of setup.Currently I use my setup with optical and everything just sounds spectacular. At this price point I believe I made the best decision purchasing this combo. Subwoofer has to be set at a level 1 as anything higher shakes the entire room (Love the bass)Great product, great support, I’ll defiantly be purchasing again for my other setup!

UPDATED Review (12 December 2024) - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!While Rainevery replaced the original faulty product they shipped, it was only after a lengthy back-and-forth (read below), and now the new/replacement system is having the SAME problem as my original one, i.e. the back right speaker pops/clicks every once and a while. It's not as bad or often as the first system they shipped me, but it STILL happens, which means there is some type of major flaw in the manufacturing of the system, or at least that one component (the back rear speaker). If you go through the other reviews on this system, you will see that many customers have experienced the same problem. So my new recommendation is to not purchase this system and find another one!As mentioned by Aaron M. in his review (on 7 May 2024), I experienced the exact same initial problem - the right rear speaker began popping within minutes of setting up. When emailed Raineverry about the issue, they were very prompt in their reply (so great customer service in that respect). However, they initially said (as they had told Aaron m.) that this problem "has never occurred," and they needed my Amazon order #.The 2nd email response (after I had sent them the order #) was that they could replace the defective speaker but had trouble "verifying the model" so I had to take a picture of the model # and attach it to another email. The next email form Raineverry was that the replacement speakers "were out of stock [but would] be available within the next 7 business days." They also offered a full refund, which I declined because I wanted the product I purchased to work properly (NOTE: all the other speakers were working perfectly). So I waited 7 business days before I emailed them again.There response to my question if the speaker was back in stock was to ask me to try and update all the software ON EACH SPEAKER by downloading a file to a USB drive. I refused and asked them to either send me a completely new system or give me a full refund. Their response was that I could either continue to wait for the speaker to get back in stock or get a refund.I could not reply to their email for a week, so by the time I did, it had been 2 business weeks. I still preferred a replacement speaker, which they said was now back in stock, but since I had been so patient in waiting, they agreed to send me a complete new system (not just one replacement speaker) without having to return the defective system. Of course, I agreed to this!All-in-all it took 15 emails back and forth and over a month to resolve the issue. Yet I am FINALLY very satisfied with the product and customer service.Bottom line: I highly recommend the product.

Initially I had a few issues with the soundbar. The set up was very simple and the speakers and sound bar connected immediately. Unfortunately the remote for the soundbar was on the same frequency as my Toshiba FireTv , which caused the soundbar remote to change my channels every time I adjusted the volume. I called customer service and they provide a few suggestions to solve the issue. So basically instead of using the optical connector I had to use the HDMI Arc. Once I did that I was able to use my TV remote to control the volume for the soundbar and TV, so I didn’t have to use the remote for the soundbar.Once I figure that out there was a popping noise in one of the rear speakers. I emailed customer service again and they quickly replaced the whole soundbar unit. Everything is working well and sounding great.
