Great scratch paper! I am still working on trying to get my epson eco printer to feed this so I can't comment if it would work in printers, mine just doesn't want to grab it. But it does make for really good scratch paper and drawing paper for my class. It also doubles as area cover for when I am working on a particular messy craft like inking, painting, and such. I really want to try and get my printer to accept it though because I think it would be a decent book binding paper for thinner pages, but I am still working that out. Overall, I would buy it again just for its usefulness.

This paper is so thin that it is pretty much useless, even for drawing.

This is a great deal for 500 sheets of 12x17 newsprint. The newsprint is fairly smooth, little to no tooth, so it may be good for some mediums, but not for others. I got this so that I can practice my book binding. I'll be making multiple sizes of newsprint journals. This gives me plenty of paper to work on and perfect my stitching techniques. Not a bad price for this quantity.

The 500 Newsprint Drawing Paper Sheets 12 x 17 Inch work exactly as I hoped they would. I use them to blot linocut prints so the ink doesn't build up too thickly. They appear to be newsprint, as listed, and that's what I needed.They arrived in very good shape, with no bends or wrinkles.I wouldn't use these for drawings myself, as newsprint isn't acid free or archival, but for kids art, if you don't plan on keeping the drawings for a long time, it's an inexpensive way to have paper on hand. Good to put under other smaller paper to protect your surfaces. Could also be good for decorating for quick, natural looking gift wrap.Very happy with this newsprint pack.

I use these for sketching out nail art designs while I'm working. Newsprint has a bunch of uses so I also use this with a lot of different crafts. The paper is a good quality and the sheets are clean and well packed. No complaints.

I originally bought this for my 7yr old to use as scrap paper for drawing and math “scratch paper.” Then I got it here and realized that I could use it for something even better.. my quilting! I use it for foundation paper piecing! It works fabulously for that purpose! I printed a pattern for a project and realized afterwards it was a foundation paper piecing pattern and they only supplied the master copy. You were supposed to trace onto a thin sheet of paper. This works so nicely on a light board!! I had to make a bunch of templates so I sat by the TV, started to trace them and I was done in no time!

I guess "news print" and acid-free paper just feels and looks like this? Its extra thin, feels very flimsy, and came in some really janky packaging. Almost reminds me of tissue paper. I may not be a paper expert, so maybe this IS actually really great for drawing, but I wasn't impressed. Came poorly wrapped in brown paper with tape that was absolutely destroyed by the time it got to me.
