For real, these leaves are huge. For $10? You aren’t going to get a better price. I think this is my first review I’ve ever left but I had to because these are massive and such a good price!

The fish 🐟 love them its great for their health and offers great medicinal purposes to the culture of the aquarium plus it can make it a dark water tank set up 😁😎

Great big leaves, fish really enjoy them. The only issue is there are definitely not 100pcs. But the bag is pretty big and you do get the right amount of weight. All in all great, will buy again

I use it in my river tanks, my turtle tanks and my betta tank and they all thrive much better with them. Every tank change

Larger than I expected. Great price for a good amount of leaves. My shrimp seemed to eat these up.

One day, I had a few dozen new fish in the tank and did not know what to do with them. The local fish store sold me 5 of these Almond leaves, that were not as big for waaaaaay more than I paid for this bag. It is a VALUE!The fry like to graze and feed off the bio-film that builds up on the leaves. As the get bigger, the eat the leaves themselves and leave just the skeleton of the leaf behind. The leaves themselves have botanical that have antibacterial properties, and can lower the PH of the tank. They WILL release tannins that WILL Darken the water to a diluted tea color. It is a good idea to soak them overnight to release some of the tannins. I also give it a quick rinse before putting the leaf in the tank. I am now up to 60 some babies and a leaf lasts a week or so.

I’m really happy with the quantity of leaves I got. Some are a little crushed, but overall great! They tint the water, which I like.

I’m not using these for the normal use, I’m making tannic acid out of the leaves for ebonizing wood to be followed up with a vinegar & dissolved steel wool solution. The tonic acid produced by boiling the India leaves helps to stain wood dark black. Isn’t science great! I was happy to see how many you get in the bag, seems like a solid buy.

I recently have gotten two betta fish for my 2 5 gallon tanks, one is a male named Blackberry, and the other is a female named Grape. I had purchased the SunGrow Mini Indian Almond Leaves, but I did not even use them. When I got them, they were very dry and crackly, and I did not feel they were even Catappa leaves! I had ordered these because they were on sale. When I got them, I could immediately tell the difference. They aren't packaged in a gaudy "informational" bag like the SunGrow ones. They actually have a fragrance about them, and they aren't super dried like other brands I have seen! They are big leaves and they have a slightly leathery feeling to them. If you get these leaves, you will know what I am talking about. Hopefully more betta keepers will decide to try this brand out!Edit : I am coming back to this review to let people know about my experience after having used it to make an extract. This stuff needs to be Amazon's Top Choice, looking at the other brands, this one definitely beats them out. I have used the extract I created by boiling water and pouring into a glass jar with 10 leaves in, and I can tell my fish love the stuff! They are much more active and you can tell they like the blackwater more than just normal water. I still keep the water very clean with regular water changes, and the effect from the extract and the clean water is just great! Highly recommend you buy these leaves!
