These choke up rings seem perfectly designed. They’re about half an inch/15mm high each, and are incredibly flexible, can easily stretch around any standard baseball bat base. They’re also lightweight. You get five to a box. If you want a way to repeatedly get the exact choke height for you bat these are the gizmos for you.

I added this to a 30 Inch -11 Louisville LXT - A pretty standard bat. Unfortunately, they slide around on the bat handle instead of staying in place at the base of the grip, so they fit too loosely. The result is that they don't provide a stable grip.

I spent way more money on a bat than I care to admit, and it was a tad to big for my daughter. Another ball parent told me about choke up rings and they have worked very well for her. They allow her to use the bat and still get a good hold on the bat. I feel reassured that she will (hopefully) get more than one season with the bat that costs a small fortune!

My daughter recently started her first season of softball and was struggling to remember to choke up more on the bat. My husband saw these and thought it was worth a try. They were a little tough to get on the first time, but I would say that is a good thing and a testament to the sturdiness of the rubber.You can stack the rings and find which works best 1,2,3 etc. My daughter uses 2 on her bat and its perfect. Definitely a great aide for our girl who is just learning.

My 10u ball player is on the smaller side and I got him a 30 drop 12, so it’s plenty light but still fairly long. I added two of these to his bat and it has worked out perfectly, he’s able to control the bat and still get barrels on the ball.Super easy to install and there’s no worry of them coming off the bat. Glad it came with 5 so I can share with other kids on the team and still have extra in our bag.No issues of it holding up through one full season of use.
