This unit is so much better than trying to assemble my own electronic accessory station. I love how this unit squeezes s much into one small panel. The lights on the switches to indicate on or off is awesome, I love that I can see my battery supply voltage, and the power ports are exactly what I need.

I will preface this with this statement, "I do not order items that I do not intend to use myself", that said; I have also decided to NOT review items I order until they have been in service for some time. I feel that their true worth can then be assessed.I ordered this unit to update and improve the wiring of a classic semi truck I am building. I was well aware that I was getting a "one size fits most" item so the fact that I did NOT use these out of the box as fitted was expected. These look great with a well finished appearance and solid feel. The star loss is because the wiring is under sized for anything other than low load accessories. They can be used as supplied if your plan is to use them as relay pilots for the actual loads, I am doing that on a few circuits only. Also the daisy chain wiring of the switches will not work for many applications unless you have designed your circuits from ground up to use this type of control.Bottom line; over all these are great value and will cover 75% of your control out of the box. If you do not mind modifying to fit you will like this unit and it will work for you.

Getting a custom panel done is expensive, these are much more affordable. The leds are bright, the switches work well with a good click. The voltage meter and usb port are a nice touch. There's so many projects you can use these on. Couple of notesThese switches are all wired in series for individual circuit protection you will need to modify this for that but good to work from as most of the wiring is done and for something like banks of low wattage leds you may not care for individual protection.If you were hoping like me that you can swap the switch cover with a standard contura V style laser etched you can't, they are close and while the usual tool does pop off the switch they are very slight differences so they're not interchangeable from my test.I disassembled one switch, the switch body itself does have a gasket but i could not see any o ring or anything preventing water from entering the switch except the cover (which in most cases should be sufficient). This is labeled ip55 which would be rated for splashes and dust. I suggest keeping your dash covered if possible when stored.The voltage meter looks like it would be well sealed off hand i don't see an easy way for water ingress , same with the usb port. The aluminum is finished well.I wish manufacturers would come up with a better way for cheap switches to be labeled, stickers on top only last so long. Anyone who comes up with a better way than laser engraving would sell a ton. Laser engraving is nice but get more expensive and need to have the appropriate switch body. These type though are super convenient.Hint, the wire connectors are clip type, you can't just "pull" them off. Use a needle nose and right before the spade is a "lever" which will release the spade terminal, if you move the space back and forth and look for a small hole you'll see how it works.I received what I was expecting for the price, and number of switches, it's tough to beat these for projects.

This switch panel is the best I've used by far! Nice water proof switches that are individually fused. Not to mention that it comes with different fuses and labels to designate the switches. Will definitely use these again on other projects.
