Diagnose Fuel Nozzle Injector Faults and Resolve Faults
Fuel Injection Hole Blockage
- The needle can be used for dredging, and it should be carefully cleaned after dredging.
Poor Sealing of Needle Valve and Needle Valve Body, Resulting in Poor Atomization or Dripping of the Injector
- This kind of failure can be applied to the sealing tape at the end of the needle valve with fine chrome oxide or toothpaste, but never put it on the cylindrical part, then insert the needle valve into the needle valve body and knock it until it closes.
- The chromium oxide or toothpaste must be washed away after grinding.
Air in the Oil Circuit
- Simply remove the air from the oil circuit.
Poor Oil Supply
- Repair the oil pump. If the oil pipe joint leaks, try to connect it so that it does not leak.
Insufficient Spring Force of the Piston Spring or Spring Break
- Replace the spring.
Piston Wear, Affecting Oil Supply
- Replace the piston.

Direct replacement for oe injectors

First off shame on me for trying to save money and buy theses. Second I was replacing a camshaft in my 1.5 Ecoboost so why not buy some injectors. Let me tell you if you want to spend hours and hours of your time tracking what is causing a 02 sensor lean code then theses are the injectors for you. Tossed the stock injectors back in and the engine runs smoothly again with no codes. Looking at the 4 injectors I hadn't noticed before installing them that all of them had different part numbers. Who actually knows what they were supposed to go to because every part number was different. Please don't buy theses and save yourself the headache
