So my first reaction after receiving the product was that I got a worthless box of some white string. It did not look functional. I do believe you have to be an engineer to figure out how to use it, because there are absolutely no instructions provided. After studying the photo on the Amazon product page, I tried a few things and eventually was able to attach my eye shield to the holder. Next came the challenge of how to put it on your face and use it. The strings are SOMEWHAT adjustable, though it's not obvious. Again looking at the photo, I was able to get it on.After wearing it several nights, I decided that it was definitely better than "taping" the eye shield to your face (what my hospital instructions suggested). The strap that extends across the other half of your face DOES go across the non-shielded eye area, due to the way this is made. However the straps (strings) are thin and fairly comfortable. This did not present any real problems. And despite the flimsy construction and design, the straps consistently stayed in place all night while sleeping.I don't think there is any way to use 4 of these - but that's what comes in the (very small) package.
