Note:
💡【48P】is the pitch of each tooth on the pinion gear and the 19T 20T 21T 22T 23T is the number of teeth on the pinion gear. You have to make sure your spur gear and pinion gear have the same pitch, or the teeth won't mesh.
💡【3.175mm】The pinion gear shaft diameter or bore is 3.175mm, make sure your RC motor shaft have the same diameter.
💡Make sure you thread lock the grub screw. They are hard to find when they fall out.
💡Larger gears will result in higher speeds while smaller gears provide more torque.
For quicker acceleration go for a smaller pinion gear (with fewer teeth) and a larger spur gear (with more teeth).
Your car will accelerate off the mark very quickly with more torque, and you'll also benefit from cooler running temperatures, extending the life of your motor and ESC.
💡💡How to install the pinion gear:
You will probably need to loosen the motor a bit, in order to fit the pinion gear on. Make sure you lock it in place on the flat portion of the motor shaft.
When you are tightening it back up, make sure you leave about a gap between the pinion gear and the spur gear. That gap will be very small. It should be about the width of a piece of paper.

They came with an Allen wrench and an extra set of set screws. Just make sure to snug them down tight , or they'll come loose.

I was given a 2WD Slash roller and decided to throw a $61 ESC and motor combo in it. It ran a little hot on the stock 23-86 gearing so I wanted to drop pinion teeth and decided to give these a try.The gears appear to be well made and came with grub screws for each pinion instead of just one for the set like a previous set I bought did. I had no problem getting a good gear mesh and it solved my issue. Tried the 19t first and am going to try the 21t next.The other pleasant surprise is that the grub screw allen key they provided is actually a decent tool. I used it to torque the pinion on and it fit as well as my name brand allens do.Would definitely recommend these.

The Allen key that comes with it is very cheap if you pull it out and put it back in you might get to use it three times
