We have been buying these for a couple of years and this is the first time the buffs where not glued fully. Three of the buff slid off the arbor when I removed the wrapper. Easy fix with some glue but for what they cost we shouldn't have to fix them before using. No response from the sell when notified, we didn't want a refund because we fixed them without issue. Just wanted them to know so they could correct the problem for other orders.
