First one apparently porch pirates got. Second one blew apart when I tried to zero it. I wrote a review detailing this and the seller reached out to me asking to rectify the situation. I was quickly sent a new kit. Although it was slightly different (only a single laser and a different ghost site) it was complete and easy to install. These are not top quality optics but at this price point you really can not expect them to be. However the scope is clear,the laser is bright and the hologram works well. I would not want to use it in combat but it will suit most people's needs. Honestly I would put this at 3.5 but the exceptional customer service elevates it by at least 1 star so I'm giving it 5.
