40mm Rear Wheel Bearing Greaser
Replacement for Polaris RZR / Ranger / Sportsman. Allows you to grease the wheel bearings without having to remove the axle or suspension parts.
Steps of Use:
1. Remove the wheel and tire. Go ahead remove the cotter pin from castle nut and remove the castle nut and caliper. Then grab the hub and slide it off.
2. Grab greaser slide it right over the axle and into the bearing. Then take grease gun, put it on the zerk and pump bearing full.
3. Remove the greaser. Then grab the hub and reinstall it, make sure the washers get reinstalled as well. Flip the caliper back and tighten it. Then tighten the castle nut and reinstall the cotter pin.

A little too tight. Have to brace the inner race before tapping out with a hammer. Not bad for the price though.

Best way to grease your rear wheel bearing on a 2018 Polaris Ranger XP 1000, saves a ton of time, and does a great job !!
