Works as advertised. Poly rope takes a while to untwist and relax.

This may be OK for light work but not suitable at the load ratings published for it. The Plastic Pulley wheel flanges are easily broken by normal work loads if there is any angle significant placed on them. I would not buy these unless you are very limited in the load you want to pull. I want to return them but because I am just barely outside the 30 day return I probably am stuck with them. Rats Amazon.. Customer Service Please???!!!

"GARBAGE". Plastic pulleys disintegrated from rope pressure. Metal sides bowed out because to thin with rope tension against it. May as well just throw the money in the trash. Tried to lift about 500 pounds. No way would this even try to do 4000 pounds. only 1 star is to many. only 1 because I had to click on it.

You get what you pay for. They should not list this ass 4000 pounds. If you are picking something up off the ground, I would not go over 400 pounds. The rope is horrible. I lifted up a 250 pound boat t top with it and it did the job but i was worried it was going to brake at any minute, and yes the unit was bending the cheep sheet metal pulley. After I was done using it. I threw it out, cause it would definitely brake if I used it again on something of that wate again
